      摘 要

      本文在系統(tǒng)分析我國汽車維修行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了目前汽車維修中存在的主要問題,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對汽車維修行業(yè)提出一些對策和建議。隨著人民生活水平的日益提高和汽車行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,隨著技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,汽車已成為人們生產(chǎn)、工作、生活的必需品,與之相關(guān)的維修行業(yè)也蓬勃發(fā)展,當(dāng)前我國汽車維修行業(yè)正處于一個非常重要的時期。在我國汽車維修行業(yè)現(xiàn)行的管理法規(guī)還不健全,管理體制存在缺陷的情況,行業(yè)主管管理、監(jiān)督力度不夠的情況下,主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面:汽車維修廠設(shè)備不齊,技術(shù)落后,難以形成一定維修規(guī)模,無法保證當(dāng)?shù)剀囕v技術(shù)狀況良好,造成不必要的浪費;維修廠技術(shù)人員的水平較差,缺乏正規(guī)培訓(xùn),而且設(shè)備陳舊,資金短缺,修理工藝停留在手工作業(yè)的水平上,根本無法保證汽車維修質(zhì)量;汽車維修廠收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)極不統(tǒng)一,亂收費現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生;汽車維修廠,檢測設(shè)備不全或者根本沒有檢測設(shè)備。結(jié)合所在汽車維修企業(yè)對其的經(jīng)營、管理詳細(xì)調(diào)研(管理模式、部門管理、車間管理、技術(shù)裝備、人員狀況)并作出調(diào)研報告,對存在問題提出能夠提升競爭力的合理化改造思路,實現(xiàn)汽車維修行業(yè)有序發(fā)展和效益目標(biāo),建立適合國情的市場模式和運行機制。

      Abstract

      This article in the system analysis our country Automobile Service Profession in foundation the present situation, summarizes the subject matter which lies in the present automobile service, unifies the present situation of the domestic and foreign research, proposes some countermeasures and the suggestions to the Automobile Service Profession. Along with the enhancement of the people’s living standard day-by-day and swift development of the automobile profession, along with the development of the technique and the economy, the automobile has become an essential item of the people, the production, the work and the life, with it some related service professions also vigorously develop, and now our country Automobile Service Profession is also being in a very important time. It is not perfect in our country’s present management regulation of Automobile Service Profession. The management system has some defects and the profession manager manages in the supervisory insufficient situation, mainly displays in the following several aspects: The equipment of the individual automobile service factory is incomplete, the technology is backward, and it's difficult to form certain service scale. It’s unable to guarantee that the local vehicle technical position is good, and it brings about the nonessential waste; The level of the technicists in the individual service factory is low. They lack of the professional training. Moreover the outdated equipment, the fund shortage, the repair craft pauses in the manual work level, is unable to guarantee the automobile service quality radically; The charge criterion in small repair shop is not extremely unified, so the unreasonable service phenomenon sometimes occurs; The small individual services factory doesn’t have the entire or basic detective facility and it doesn’t have the check-out facility. This article combines its management to the automobile service enterprise , the management detailed investigation and study (management pattern, divisional management, workshop management, technical equipment, personnel condition) and makes report to the investigation , proposes the problems that can promote the rationalized transformation mentality of the competitive power, realizes the automobile service profession orderly development and the benefit target, and establishes the market pattern and the operational mechanism on the basis of our national condition
