摘要:本論文主要介紹了汽車驅動橋殼體常見的故障檢測以及維修的方法。汽車驅動 橋是汽車的重大總成,承載著汽車的滿載簧荷重及地面經車輪、車架及承載式車身 經懸架給予的鉛垂力、縱向力、橫向力及其力矩,以及沖擊載荷;驅動橋還傳遞著 傳動系中的最大轉矩,橋殼還承受著反作用力矩。汽車驅動橋結構型式和設計參數 除對汽車的可靠性與耐久性有重要影響外,也對汽車的行駛性能如平順性、通過性、 機動性和穩定性等有直接影響。而作為驅動橋總成中處于支柱地位的殼體基本承受 了驅動橋所承受的絕大部分的力,可以這樣說,驅動橋殼體之于汽車而言起到了頂 梁柱的作用也一點都不為過。驅動橋是非易損件,其常見故障主要為殼體的彎曲變 形及裂縫。另外,半軸套管的磨損及裂紋也是構成橋殼故障的一個重要方面。因此, 本文通過對驅動橋殼體的分類以及組成等基本知識的介紹,通過對殼體在工作時的 受力分析、剪力分析、彎曲分析以及疲勞強度的分析找出殼體發生故障的根本原因所在,更能指導我們對癥下藥,找出汽車驅動橋殼體維修的方法。 關鍵詞:橋殼,工藝,強度,彎矩,檢測,維修
Abstract:This paper introduces the common driving axle housing failure detection and repair methods.
