摘要:當今,隨著高速公路路網的不斷擴大、汽車車速的提高以及車流密度的增大,對 汽車制動系的工作可靠性要求顯得日益重要。因為只有制動性能良好、制動系工作可 靠的汽車才能充分發揮其高速行駛的動力性能并保證行駛的安全性。由此可見,制動 系是汽車相當重要的組成部分,從而對汽車制動系的結構分析和設計計算也就顯得非 常重要。 汽車制動器簡單來講,就是利用摩擦將動能轉換成熱能,使汽車失去動能而停止 下來。因此,散熱對制動系統是十分重要的。如果制動系統經常處于高溫狀態,就會 阻礙能量的轉換過程,造成制動性能下降。越是跑得快的汽車,制動起來所產生的熱 量越大,對制動性能的影響也越大。解決好散熱問題,對提高汽車的制動性能也就起 了事倍功半的作用。所以,現代轎車的車輪除了使用鋁合金車圈來降低運行溫度外, 還傾向于采用散熱性能較好的盤式制動器。 本文全面、系統的介紹了轎車液壓盤式制動器的設計過程。首先概述了盤式制動 器的結構,并簡單描述了國內外的研究情況,在與鼓式制動器的對比中,選擇了制動 系統的布置方案。其次選擇了液壓盤式制動器的結構型式,通過對盤式制動器的主要 參數進行選擇、主要零部件的設計計算以及液壓驅動型式的設計,完成了整個液壓盤 式制動器的結構和尺寸計算。運用 AutoCAD2008 軟件的輔助,繪制了制動盤、制動 鉗的零件圖和制動器的裝配圖。 關鍵詞:液壓盤式制動器,結構型式,設計計算
Abstract: Today, with the highway road network continues to expand, increase in vehicle speed and traffic density increases, the work on the braking system reliability become increasingly important.
