      摘 要:隨著世界能源日益枯竭,各國都越來越關(guān)注節(jié)約能源。而隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益增長,我國能源的生產(chǎn)和需求之間的差距越來越大。開源節(jié)流是解決能源供需矛盾的可靠辦法。因此,要求我們?cè)诩訌?qiáng)管理和革新落后生產(chǎn)工藝的同時(shí),在合理利用一次能源的基礎(chǔ)上,更好地開發(fā)和利用二次能源。而余熱鍋爐是利用二次能源的重要手段之一。其傳熱效率高、鋼材耗量少、投資省及使用壽命長等優(yōu)點(diǎn),使其在行業(yè)中越來越被廣泛采用。  

         余熱鍋爐是設(shè)置在各類工藝流程中,回收余熱以提高整個(gè)設(shè)備熱效率,從而減少一次能源消耗的一種理想節(jié)能設(shè)備。它不但能節(jié)約能源,而且對(duì)提高主流程的質(zhì)量,減輕公害和滿足某些工藝要求,都起著十分重要的作用。為此,世界各國都先后開展了余熱鍋爐和余熱利用技術(shù)的研究工作,并在節(jié)能中大力推廣應(yīng)用余熱鍋爐節(jié)約能源,從而取得了顯著的節(jié)能成果。

         本課題結(jié)合催化裂化再生煙氣的特性,論述了用于這種煙氣余熱回收的余熱鍋爐的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)以及應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問題。根據(jù)給定參數(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)要求,通過設(shè)計(jì)研究以及不斷的校核,最終達(dá)到了解、熟悉余熱鍋爐受熱面的布置與計(jì)算的目的,并在充分考慮余熱鍋爐的使用條件以及余熱鍋爐的受熱面積灰,腐蝕以及余熱鍋爐的磨損等問題后,充分利用先進(jìn)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)出能安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的再生煙氣余熱鍋爐。

      Abstract:As global energy exhausting, countries pay more and more attention to save energy. And, as the national economy growing,the gap between energy production and demand is becoming more and more great.Increasing income and reducing expenditure is a reliable method to solve the contradiction between supply and demand. Therefore, it requires us to strengthen management and innovate backward production process.At the same time, based on the rational utilization of primary energy, we should develop and use the secondary energy better.While waste heat boiler is an important means of using the secondary energy. It is more widely used in the industry because of its higher heat transfer efficiency, less steel consumption, lower investment and the advantages of long life.

         Waste heat boiler is set in various process, recycling waste heat in order to improve the whole equipment’s heat efficiency, thus reducing primary energy consumption. It is a kind of ideal energy saving equipment. It can not only save energy, but also improve the quality.It plays a very important role in reducing pollution and meeting some process requirement. Therefore, all countries in the world has launched research work about waste heat boiler and waste heat utilization technology. They also promote the use of waste heat boile to save energy.Thus,they obtain a significant energy saving results.

         This paper gives a brief description of regenerative flue gas in FCCU. It disccuses the design feature of waste heat boiler used for recovering heat energy of gas. According to the given parameters and design requirements, through the design research and constantly checking, We should understand and be familiar with heating surface’s arrangement and calculation ultimately.Meanwhile,the deposition, low temperature corrosion and vibration in the heat-exchanger surface should be considered so as to guarantee that the boiler functions properly.
