摘要:改革開放以來，我國經濟社會發展取得了舉世就矚目的成就，這當然離不開煤炭資源所作出的巨大貢獻。煤炭產業是徐州老工業基地的典型產業，也是徐州發展的支柱產業之一，在徐州經濟發展過程中占有相當重要的地位。煤炭作為一種不可再生能源，經過100多年的開采，資源逐漸枯竭，在對其開發利用過程中出現了很多問題，面臨著城市生態惡化、礦井關閉增多、礦區社會成本增大等問題。

　　　不可再生的煤炭資源終究是有限的，這構成了煤炭資源型地區經濟生存和發展的巨大壓力，所以，如果不能夠實現結構調整和經濟轉型，徐州的經濟可持續發展和社會穩定必將面臨嚴重的威脅。

　　　本文通過對徐州煤炭產業的研究，發現煤炭產業對當地企業、經濟、環境、文化等產生了重大影響，解決煤炭開采過程中所造成的沉陷區域水、土地、煤炭資源的同步利用問題，不可再生的煤炭資源終究是有限的，在以后的開采、使用、轉型的過程中要做好充分準備工作，對徐州煤炭產業做出有效的結構調整和經濟轉型，以求更好的解決煤炭產業所面對的各種難題。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic and social development has made great contribution on the remarkable achievements, this course is inseparable from the coal resources to. The coal industry is a typical industry of the old industrial base of Xuzhou, one of the pillar industries in Xuzhou development, plays an important role in the process of economic development in Xuzhou. As a non-renewable energy coal, after 100 years of mining, the gradual depletion of resources, the development of a lot of problems in the process of facing the city, ecological deterioration, closure of the mine, mining area increase social costs increase and other issues. 

　　　Eventually the non-renewable coal resources are limited, which constitutes a huge pressure, the coal resources for the survival and development of the regional economy, if not to achieve structural adjustment and economic restructuring, Xuzhou's sustainable economic development and social stability will face a serious threat. 

　　　In this paper, through the study of Xuzhou coal industry, it finds that the coal industry had a major impact on the local enterprises, economic, environmental, cultural, solve caused in the process of coal mining subsidence area of the water, land, coal resources synchronization problems, eventually the non-renewable coal resources are limited, in the future, the use of mining, transformation process should be fully prepared to work. To make the structural adjustment and economic transformation of Xuzhou coal industry, in order to better solve the problems faced by the coal industry.
