摘要:“分層教學”是在教學的各個環節,根據不同學生特點和需要,設計不同的目標、要求和教學手段,照顧到學生的個體差異,強調教師的“教”一定要適應學生的“學”。分層次教學符合因材施教原則,也符合掌握學習理論、教學形式最優化理論,以及教學與發展理論,使每個學生都能積極主動參與到學習中,促進每個學生發展,有利于面向全體學生,大面積提高教學質量,推進素質教育。 高中學生物理學習的智能差異明顯, 根據學生物理學習的智能差異進行高中物理分層教學將給不同個性特點的學生創造各不相同的物理學習環境, 使學生在各自的基礎上物理成績都能得到提高和進步,從而達到全面提高高中物理教學水平和質量的目的。本文通過對高中物理“分層教學”的現狀進行調查研究,提出了一些采用“分層教學”提高物理教學質量的策略和方法,以及采用“分層教學”應注意的問題。 關鍵詞:中學物理教學;個體差異;分層教學;調查;研究
