1.1知識產權

　　　從廣義上講知識產權是用法律手段來保護某些知識活動成果，如發(fā)明，文學和藝術作品，以及標志，名稱，表現形式和設計中使用的貿易。知識產權學科的目的是維護一方面，獨占權的創(chuàng)造者和生產者的“智力產品” ，另一方面，以保護消費者和民間社會在行使這些權利。這種平衡，這有必要建立不僅在國內而且在國際上，是一個最重要的問題，知識產權政策。

TRIPS協定確認了不同類別的知識產權：版權和有關權利;商標;地理標志，工業(yè)品外觀設計;專利;布局設計的集成電路;和未披露的信息。消費者可以辨別產品的偏好基本上通過兩種不同類別的知識產權：主要商標和地理標志。………………

1.1 Intellectual Property Rights

Broadly speaking intellectual property rights constitute the legal means to protect certain results of intellectual activity such as inventions, literary and artistic works, as well as symbols, names,expressions and designs used in trade. Intellectual property disciplines aim at safeguarding on the one hand, exclusive rights for creators and producers of “intellectual products”, and on the other hand, to protect consumers and civil society in the exercise of such rights. This balance, which it is necessary to establish not only domestically but also internationally, is one of the most important issues in intellectual property policy.………………
