摘 要:由于中草藥的實(shí)用價(jià)值日益凸顯,需求量不斷加大,人們對其產(chǎn)量的要求不斷提高。在種植重樓過程中一些藥農(nóng)民用農(nóng)藥的方式方法也不科學(xué),有些農(nóng)民片面追求產(chǎn)量,盲目過度使用農(nóng)藥,這些都給人工種植的中草藥的質(zhì)量造成一定的影響。而文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道多為食品、蔬菜、谷物、飼料、水果等有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥殘留量的測定方法,鮮有中草藥中有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥殘留量測定方法的報(bào)道。為了把握中草藥的質(zhì)量,建立中草藥中有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥殘留量的定性或定量分析方法是非常必要的。目前使用最為廣泛的是有機(jī)磷、有機(jī)氯、氨基甲酸酯等為代表的有機(jī)類農(nóng)藥。而有機(jī)磷殺蟲劑是在我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中使用最廣泛的農(nóng)藥,占所有使用農(nóng)藥的70%以上。其中,甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、敵敵畏、樂果、對硫磷、甲基對硫磷、毒死蜱等起著重要的作用。所以有機(jī)磷中以甲胺磷為代表為有機(jī)磷類農(nóng)藥殘留的研究提供了依據(jù)。 本畢業(yè)論文主要探究一種快速高效提取、檢測重樓中甲胺磷含量的方法。以丙酮作為溶劑通過超聲波提取、層析柱凈化、氣相色譜檢測的方法測定重樓中甲胺磷的含量。從而為中草藥中甲胺磷農(nóng)殘檢測提供參考依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞:重樓;甲胺磷;超聲波提取;氣相色譜

In order to grasp the quality of Chinese herbal medicine, build these herbal organophosphorus pesticide multi-residues qualitative or quantitative analysis method is very necessary. As solvent with acetone by ultrasonic extraction, chromatography, gas chromatography column purification methods of determining weight in detecting the amount of methamidophos building.
