摘要:冶煉煙氣制酸是硫酸工藝的主要組成部分，用冶煉煙氣制酸，既保護(hù)環(huán)境，又是資源的綜合利用，在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益上具有較大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。鋅冶煉中的煙氣制酸是不可或缺的流程，不僅可以減少尾礦浪費(fèi)、還可以減少污染氣體的排放，增加企業(yè)效益。 本設(shè)計(jì)主要是根據(jù)鋅礦冶煉后煙氣通過(guò)設(shè)備凈化——干吸——轉(zhuǎn)化，兩轉(zhuǎn)兩吸從而得到產(chǎn)品的主要流程線路，主要設(shè)備繪制以及平面圖布置，涉及基本的數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算。針對(duì)鋅工藝流程中 ，煙氣制酸年產(chǎn)20萬(wàn)噸車間設(shè)計(jì)。希望能夠簡(jiǎn)易的展現(xiàn)鋅冶煉流程中煙氣制酸的流程。 關(guān)鍵詞：煙氣制酸、凈化、干吸、轉(zhuǎn)化
