摘要:廣州市商業(yè)銀行在電子銀行建設(shè)中目前主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了 ATM、POS 服務(wù)和客戶(hù)服務(wù)中心的基本功能，但起電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)還面臨許多問(wèn)題。本文目的在于通過(guò)對(duì)電子銀行發(fā)展的必要性，結(jié)合廣州市商業(yè)銀行的電子銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和電子銀行對(duì)其發(fā)展的影響，以及通過(guò)對(duì)其電子銀行進(jìn)行SWOT分析。提出廣州市商業(yè)銀行的電子銀行的建設(shè)要實(shí)施成本與聯(lián)盟戰(zhàn)略和廣泛應(yīng)用科學(xué)技術(shù)、提高銀行科技水平加強(qiáng)電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)和服務(wù)、實(shí)施成長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略以提供客戶(hù)高附加價(jià)值產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)，提升銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。

Abstract:Guangzhou City Commercial Bank building in e-banking implementation is mainly the ATM, POS services and basic customer service center, but from e-banking is still faced with many problems. The purpose of this paper is the development of e-banking need, combined with the Guangzhou City Commercial Bank's development of electronic banking and electronic banking to their development, as well as through its conduct SWOT analysis of electronic banking. On this basis, the Guangzhou City Commercial Bank for the construction of electronic banking costs and implementing strategies and the wider use of Union science and technology, enhance the level of banking technology to enhance e-banking business, marketing and services, implementation of growth strategy to provide high value-added customer Products or services to enhance the competitiveness of banks.
