摘要:新課程改革將綜合與實(shí)踐模塊提上一個(gè)新的高度,這對(duì)于很多教師來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)全新的挑戰(zhàn),因?yàn)榭山梃b的經(jīng)驗(yàn)很少,所以,不同的教師會(huì)很據(jù)自己的理解準(zhǔn)備不一樣的教學(xué)方案。“同課異構(gòu)”教學(xué)活動(dòng)就是為了促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展,創(chuàng)建優(yōu)化課堂而提出的一種教學(xué)形式。在我國(guó),有很多學(xué)校已陸續(xù)開(kāi)始實(shí)行“同課異構(gòu)”,但目前為止,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于“同課異構(gòu)”這個(gè)概念沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一說(shuō)法,具體的實(shí)施原則和實(shí)施步驟也沒(méi)有太多研究,本論文旨在解決這些問(wèn)題。 “同課異構(gòu)”是近幾年在深化基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的進(jìn)程中流行的一個(gè)新名詞,簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)就是教師們對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的不同設(shè)計(jì),產(chǎn)生了不同的教學(xué)效果。“同課異構(gòu)”教學(xué)活動(dòng)是指教師針對(duì)相同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,采取不一樣的構(gòu)想、設(shè)計(jì)理念、實(shí)施原則,從而進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)踐的一種教學(xué)活動(dòng)。本論文主要通過(guò)對(duì)“同課異構(gòu)”教學(xué)活動(dòng)的研究,以解決如何在小學(xué)綜合與實(shí)踐模塊中進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)施,并結(jié)合《打電話(huà) 尋找最優(yōu)方案》這一內(nèi)容闡述,繼而探尋一種優(yōu)化的教學(xué)課堂。 關(guān)鍵詞:小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué);綜合與實(shí)踐;同課異構(gòu);教學(xué)活動(dòng)
Abstract:The new curriculum reform will be integrated with the practice of a new height module on, this is a new challenge for many teachers, because the experience is very few, so, the teacher will be different according to their teaching programs for different understanding. "The heterogeneous classes" teaching activity is to promote the development of teachers, teaching form to create a class of optimization. In our country, there are many schools have started to implement "the heterogeneous classes", but so far, the "with the concept of heterogeneous class" no unified view, the implementation of the principles and specific steps of implementation is not too much research, this paper aims to solve these problems. "The heterogeneous classes" is a new term in recent years in the deepening of the curriculum reform of basic education in the process of popular, said that teachers of different design on the teaching content of simple, produce different teaching effects. "The heterogeneous classes" teaching refers to teachers in the same teaching content, adopt the idea, not the same as the design concept, the implementation principle, a kind of teaching activity and teaching practice. 通過(guò)對(duì)小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)綜合與實(shí)踐教學(xué)中“同課異構(gòu)”的研究,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)綜合與實(shí)踐模塊進(jìn)行同課異構(gòu)難度明顯大于其他模塊,其原因大致可分為以下幾點(diǎn): (1)教師的觀念有所偏差。綜合與實(shí)踐這個(gè)模塊在學(xué)校中安排的課程不多,而且不需要參加考試,所以部分教師把這一模塊當(dāng)做選學(xué)內(nèi)容,對(duì)課程的重視程度不高。教師會(huì)讓有興趣的學(xué)生自己去學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)于綜合與實(shí)踐模塊不會(huì)做充分準(zhǔn)備,當(dāng)然也很少去思考如何同課異構(gòu)會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)生的幫助最大。 (2)教學(xué)內(nèi)容很難掌控。綜合與實(shí)踐模塊對(duì)于很多教師來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)全新的挑戰(zhàn),可以借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)很少。加上教學(xué)材料的缺乏以及教學(xué)情境的難以設(shè)置等等問(wèn)題,都會(huì)給同課異構(gòu)帶來(lái)難度。 (3)教學(xué)方式顧此失彼。有些教師為了使綜合與實(shí)踐活動(dòng)更具生命力,往往在課前做了很多精心的準(zhǔn)備,例如對(duì)同一課題進(jìn)行同課異構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了多種不同情境,學(xué)習(xí)的材料、教學(xué)的教具也多種多樣。可是,在教師準(zhǔn)備的過(guò)程中卻缺失了“同課異構(gòu)”本身的價(jià)值。 (4)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體制未完善。綜合與實(shí)踐是一個(gè)開(kāi)放性很高的模塊,因此沒(méi)有固定的模式來(lái)借鑒。在活動(dòng)中,學(xué)生的答案五花八門(mén),很多教師缺少合理的評(píng)價(jià)或者很少給出評(píng)價(jià),這就不利于師生間的互動(dòng)。加上很多教師會(huì)嘗試同課異構(gòu),雖然教學(xué)情境別出心裁,但是由于教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)事先無(wú)法做好充足的準(zhǔn)備,很多教師會(huì)用傳統(tǒng)的量化式進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),這樣就會(huì)給人一種虎頭蛇尾的感覺(jué)。
