【摘 要】在21世紀的今天,隨著教育改革的不斷推進,合作學習已經成為數學課堂上的一種常見教學方法,成了學生學習數學的重要方式,更好的發展了學生的能力。正是由于被廣泛運用,合作學習在教學中被發現存在的問題逐漸顯現出來。筆者通過課堂觀察發現目前小學數學課堂教學中“合作學習”存在的普遍問題,主要有合作流于形式,合作時間不足,教師評價不全,學生參與不均衡,小組間缺乏有序管理。根據這些問題筆者進行了原因分析,并結合實踐提出了提高合作學習實效的策略。主張在小組合作學習中教師要更新教育理念,提高合作教學水平,訓練學生的合作技能,處理好獨立學習和合作學習的關系,及時表揚和鼓勵、增加學生的參與度,形成小組合作學習的評價機制,創造寬松和諧的學習環境。旨在幫助教師更深入地理解合作學習,增強小組合作學習的實效,促進學生的全面發展。 【關鍵詞】 小學數學;合作學習;解決策略
Abstract:Today in the 21st century, with the advance of education reform, cooperative learning has become a common teaching methods in the mathematics classroom, into the way students learn important mathematical and better development of the students ' abilities. It was because they were widely used, is found to problems of cooperative learning in teaching came to the fore. I discovered through classroom observation in mathematics classroom teaching in primary schools at present "cooperative learning" there is a widespread problem, there are cooperation a mere formality, insufficient cooperation, teacher evaluation was incomplete, imbalance in the participation of students, the Panel lacks orderly management. According to the analysis of the causes of these problems I had, and combined with practice: strategies for improving the effectiveness of cooperative learning. Advocate in group cooperation learning in teacher education to update, improve teaching level of cooperation, training of student skills, deal with the relationship between independent learning and cooperative learning, timely praise and encouragement, and increased student participation, formation of group cooperation learning evaluation mechanism, creating a relaxed and harmonious learning environment. 通過本次研究,筆者發現目前小學數學課堂合作學習出現了合作流于形式、合作內容選擇不當、合作時間不足、教師評價不全、分工不明、成員參與不均、合作缺乏有序管理等問題。這些問題的存在不利于小學數學課堂合作學習的展開,為提高合作學習的有效性,筆者經過課題研究提出了教師應該更新教育理念、提高合作學習的教學水平、訓練學生的合作技能、處理好獨立學習和合作學習的關系、及時表揚和鼓勵、形成正確的評價機制和創設寬松和諧的學習環境等有效措施,并且這些策略對學生的學習有了一定的促進作用。
