摘要:本文首先對農村小學“學困生”的概念進行了界定,并對“學困生”在心理和行為上表現出來的特點進行了分析。接著從自身因素、家庭因素、學校因素和社會因素四個方面對小學“學困生”的成因進行分析,進而結合案例提出了農村小學“學困生”的轉化策略。 關鍵詞: 農村小學; 學困生; 成因; 策略
