摘要：本文首先對農村小學“學困生”的概念進行了界定，并對“學困生”在心理和行為上表現出來的特點進行了分析。接著從自身因素、家庭因素、學校因素和社會因素四個方面對小學“學困生”的成因進行分析，進而結合案例提出了農村小學“學困生”的轉化策略。

Abstract:This paper first to the countryside elementary school "tough question which every" concept is defined, and the tough question which every in psychology and the behavior showed on the characteristics of the analysis. Then from its own factors, family factors, school factors and social factors in four aspects: tough question which every primary school the cause analysis, then with a case raised the countryside elementary school "tough question which every" transformation strategy.

　　　轉化“學困生”的過程是一個艱巨而又漫長的過程，需要學校、家庭和社會的密切配合，付出艱苦的勞動和辛勤的汗水，對“學困生”施之以愛心、耐心、恒心與責任心才能全面提高教育教學質量，推動素質教育的開展。教育是無止境的，所以我們不要輕易放開每一個“學困生”的手。
